1. Do your best to be on time, it only allows us to serve you better.
2. Please come 5-10 mins early (if possible). Expect the bike tutorial to be 5-10 mins.
3. If you’re late, please call. Remember you’re eating into your reservation time and we want you to get the best bang for your buck.
4. Last minute changes to your reservation are subject to a fee and will be considered a “no show”.
5. Walk-Ins of 5 or more, please be patient with us as we get your reservation completed and your bikes prepped.
